Can I really see my camera from anywhere in the world?
Yes! You can view your video stream using any computer with Internet access.

Do I need an expensive super-computer to stream live video?
No! System requirements for streaming video are only a 266Mhz processor with 64MB RAM and windows XP. Most computers made in the last 5 years will meet these requirements.
 

What kind of Internet connection do I need?
We recommend a Cable, DSL, or other high-speed Internet connection. You will be able to access your video using a dial-up connection or faster but the computer that will be streaming will need high-speed Internet access.

Can I monitor more than one camera at once?
If you have cameras in several different locations (ie: home, work) you can create a separate account for each one and just log into the one you wish to view.

Can I switch between cameras on a multi-camera system?
No, you cannot switch between cameras over the Internet. However, if you have a set of 4 cameras your receiver may be able to switch between cameras automatically. Consult with the receiver's manual to see if it has this ability.
